What is a car certification?

As car dealers it is our duty to do important verification of the vehicles in order to avoid serious troubles with your future car. Here is a list of the things we do to ensure your security as buyers.

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and Registration
A VIN number always matches your car registration. Very few car dealerships take the time to verify this very important detail. In fact by doing so, we make sure that your future car has never been stolen or involved in an accident.

The SAAQ informs us of the car's status. It is active or inactive? The date the car was available for servicing on the road? Who was the previous owner? Did a problem occur with the previous owner that would prevent the car's transfer to your name? The SAAQ also indicates how many people owned the car and how much mileage the car had at each transfer. Normally we will only find one previous owner because we only buy long term rented cars returned to the manufacturer.

Maintenance
The former owner who kept his maintenance bills will help us know if the car received the necessary care over the years. The manufacturers also have access to a data base via the vehicle identification number. This data base enables us to see when the car was last inspected, what kind of work has been done on the car and what the mileage was at the time.

RDPRM and Auto Check
The RDPRM is a register controlled by the Quebec Minister of Justice in order to ensure the publication of goods given in guaranty to creditors. This verification allows us to know if the financial institution has rights on the vehicle and therefore receive the release from this institution. Auto Check works with different enterprises specializing in gathering information on car accidents, fraud, theft, floods and other problems that may be directly affecting the vehicle. This is an extra safety procedure we believe is essential to obtain an accurate historic of the car.

Declaration of Car's Meter and Accidents
This is a document approved by the SAAQ and signed by the former owner formally declaring the mileage on the car and if the meter ever was replaced or the car damaged. IN the event that the car was damaged the former owner will also have to disclose the amount of money spend on fixing the car.

What's the vehicle inspection?

Mechanics
The mechanics is an in depth verification of the cars by our experienced mechanics. Reconditioning of used vehicles is usually necessary to restore the cars to a perfect condition. That's what we do at Autodeall. To ensure your complete satisfaction, upon delivery of your new allure car you will receive a list of all the verifications and repairs done on your vehicle. In that case the documentation to transfer the vehicle and /or finance the vehicle will be signed at the customers' residence or at a location of their choice.

The after sale products
Some dealerships will offer you free extended guaranties but they are not to be trusted. It's unfortunate but nothing is free nowadays. What is a credit inquiry?

Traditional credit

To qualify for this type of financing the customer must have good credit, stable employment, low indebted ratio, etc. If you don't think a traditional credit will be approved we can offer you an endorsement insurance instead. Endorsement insurance will work via an insurance company that will secure your loan in the eyes of your financial institution. We can also request to be pre-approved for credit and then choose the right vehicle for you. You do not need to worry about choosing the right kind of credit for yourself. We will determine the right type of financing that will work in your best interest.

Second chance Credit (Alternative Credit)
The second chance credit is done by companies such as Wells Fargo, V.F.C and TLC. It's the credit we use when we have been denied the traditional credit or accepted under very difficult conditions to fulfill. The financial institutions linked to this type of credit are a lot more open and more importantly less difficult on admissibility requirements. This kind of credit can help you purchase a good vehicle and will also give you the opportunity to improve your personal credit. Third Chance Credit (Private Credit)
